“Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I trust you are doing well. By God’s mercy and grace I am continuing as a pastor in my village. We all send best wishes and love to your family. I am continuously doing the service of God to bring the people to God for their salvation.
Your support is very helpful to do God’s work here in India. As the Lord gives me strength I am serving 3 villages in the area. From January to April we conducted open air meetings and an evangelical campaign. We preached the Word of God in three new villages. Most of the people are very poor lower castes. 1000 people took part in the meeting and many healings took place. People came to know about the true God. We also distributed about 25,000 Jesus tracts to the non-Christian people in the surrounding area. We hope that the Gospel be extended to about 15 villages.
I regularly conduct worship on Sunday, fasting and prayer on Friday, and a women’s gathering on Thursday. We are blessed with 35 believers and 40 Sunday school children. Our village population is about 1100. I pray for your family and also request that you remember us in your prayers, that we may have a permanent worship hall.”
